For 29 years, Heritage Chevrolet has sponsored a food drive for the benefit of the Tomahawk Emergency Food Pantry and the Town of Nokomis Food Pantry. This event commemorates the death of an employee of Heritage Chevrolet in an automobile accident a few days before Christmas in 1996, leaving four small children without a mother. This year we are continuing the food drive online. Our local pantries need our support more than ever as government support to hungry families has been reduced. Cash donations allow our pantries to buy the items they need, when they need them.
100% of the donations collected will be turned over to the respective food pantries with Heritage Chevrolet covering all the costs of the campaign. Donations made through GiveSendGo are charitable contributions and not payments for entry into the drawing.
Local merchants are donating merchandise for drawing prizes awarded to persons that contribute to the food drive.
If you wish to donate food, please make arrangements with the respective food pantries to receive your donation. You will not be entered in the drawing. Food items will not be received at Heritage Chevrolet.
